Note: All below information below was for the 2011 tournament. Registration will begin on March 1, 2012 for the 2012 Tournament
To register for the tournament:
1. The coach should fill out one Team Registration Form per team- online or by mail (trouble with online registration?)
2. Submit a $100 check made payable to Bear Necessities Pediatric Cancer Foundation- by mail
3. Submit a Medical Release Form for each player- online or by mail
4. Send all mailable forms and the check to 38W161 Grove Hill Ct. Batavia, IL 60510
After submitting the Team Registration Form a confirmation e-mail will be sent reminding you that your team is not officially part of the tournament until the check and Medical Release Forms are received by June 20, 2011 (June 13, 2011 for early bird.) It is also highly recommended that the coach reads the
coach's form.What do I get after registering?
A minimum of three soccer games
